Torete

Torete
Moonstar88

Sandali na lang
Maaari bang pagbigyan

Mabuti pang umiwas
Pero salamat na rin at nagtagpo

Chorus:
Torete, torete, torete ako
Torete, torete, torete sa 'yo

Repeat Refrain

Torete, torete, torete ako
Torete, torete, torete ako

Repeat Chorus

Torete, torete, torete sa'yo

December 16, Evening

This is actually the continuation of my previous post.

Then we found our seats. I was too thirsty to talk. I enjoyed their company ( Ate Angge, Ate Tek, Kuya Rommel, Kuya Bryan, Ate Thea, Ate Jas, Ate Jas's mom and Ate Jas's brother, Biboy). I enjoyed listening to the orchestra. I wonder if I could be like them.

This is what we did after the concert.

After doing the things shown above, we had dinner at Chow King. Ate Angge forced me to eat dinner. I really don't like to eat because I had eaten a lot of slices of pizza before. Thankfully, she did not scold me when I showed her my half-eaten food.

Then we went to visit Sam, Ate Angge's godchild. I was excited to see him. I think he's cute.

That's us with Sam.

Ate Angge with Sam.

And see how small Sam's hand is compared to mine.

We headed home after that. It was a long and quiet ride except from the teasing I get from my sisters and her friends (They were making an issue about me and Ate Jas's brother, Biboy). Like he plays the violin and I play the banduria. Ate Angge even suggested that I get a picture with Biboy doing some model-like poses like this:

She didn't succeed anyway.

And that he's 15 and I'm 14. And why he became surprisingly silent when we were at the backseat (he was really noisy when he was with his sister and her friends). And when he gave me a high-five as a farewell when we reached home. Actually, all of us were given high-fives.

December 16

December 16 2006.

I hate this day. You know how many unfortunate events happened to me? I listed them together with the consequences I suffered.

1.) My sister invited me to watch the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra's concert in Manila Peninsula.
I have to go. I love this kind of music.
2.) She told me to come home before 2 pm because she needs to go early.
I have to shop for gifts. And it's 12 pm. How can I get home that early?
3.) The pizza we ordered took so long. We waited for about half an hour.
I am in a hurry.
4.) We met a crying kid. We have to help him find his mom.
I am, again, in a hurry.
5.) I was stuck in the traffic.
It's 2:30 pm.
6.) My sister, Tek, was waiting for me.
I get stuck to her. At least, I won't go there alone.
7.) There is no airconditioned bus.
Ate Tek won't get in if it isn't airconditioned.
8.) I forgot to give dad the grocery list. I still have it.
Imagine what's going to happen to me.
9.) We got past Manila Peninsula.
We have to walk to get back.
10.) We can't find the way to get in Manila Peninsula.
We have to find a way to get in the hotel.
11.) My phone's battery went empty.
12.) We can't find Ate Angge.
13.) Ate Tek is shouting at me.
14.) We're lost.

So we stopped to look around. Then the elevator doors opened. It's Ate Angge with Kuya Bryan and Ate Thea! I can't believe we saw them. I can't believe that we'll ever meet again. We went with them to the washroom and discussed things that happened.

Christmas Party

The days seem to move so fast. Christmas party na namen.

I was too tired to wake early. I wrapped my friends' presents last night. We should be at the school before 7 am. But I'm so evil, I arrived half past 8 so I could skip the mass. Our school is not a Catholic school. I don't know why they insist on attending the mass. Besides, our hall is too small for all of us to fit in.

Our adviser did not show up until I think 10 am. I was starving and we haven't even started. Fortunately, our co-adviser told us to start the party and and that our adviser will be with us soon. It was started with a prayer and followed by a series of games.

Then we had our lunch followed by more games. I enjoyed giving out prizes to everyone. Finally, we exchanged gifts. I received a deck of cards which I don't plan to open until Christmas Eve.

I went home right after. There will be a Battle of the Bands tonight at our school. I don't plan to watch it because I am too tired.

P.S.
pictures later.

Christmas Tree

I just finished decorating our Christmas tree. My sisters have added their gifts already. That's why I have to shop later.

That's me by our
tree.
